  5. The playback medium for the AppleCD SC CD-ROM unit is a 12-centimeter optical
  6. disc installed in a CD caddy.  Any CD-ROM or audio compact disc is compatible.

  8. The data capacity in mode #1 is 656 megabytes; 748 megabytes in mode #2.  The
  9. unit access from 1 recording surface.  The unit has a capacity of more than
  10. 270,000 blocks per disc.  Data per block is 2,048 bytes in mode #1; 2,336 bytes
  11. in mode #2.
